Human Resource Management Courses

Twenty demand driven management training programs for all staff of NGOs, Govt. and Semi Govt. organizations were regularly offered by ECDI. These included management courses, communication and planning skills training, effective team building trainings and business opportunity identification for staff of social welfare centers.

Training of EDP Trainers

High impact Enterprise Development Program Training of Trainers (ToTs) for supervisors, managers and instructors of technical institutes (public sector and NGOs) were undertaken by ECDI. TOTs were also conducted for organizations working for the welfare of disabled/ special persons. These included about ten workshops and trainings.

Professional Support and Consultancy Services
